How to apply your lotion?
Which lotion should be used to care for your skin?
There exists a multitude of tonic lotions to meet the real needs of the skin. Thus, choose your care according to your skin type. Dry skin needs hydration, while sensitive skin needs to be soothed. For oily skin, the goal is to regulate sebum production.
Dry skin: The hyaluronic acid toner helps to hydrate and rebalance the skin's pH. It also contributes to brightening the complexion and reducing feelings of tightness.
Dull skin: Choose the radiance toner enriched with vitamin C. Known for its brightening action, vitamin C illuminates the complexion, reduces pigmentation spots and helps the skin regain its tonicity.
Skin prone to blemishes: Choose a lotion rich in purifying active ingredients such as salicylic acid and zinc. This treatment rebalances the skin's pH, eliminates lime scale residues, purifies the skin and refines the pores. Salicylic acid limits the growth of microorganisms and thus helps to prevent the appearance of blackheads.
How to apply your lotion?
The lotion is applied after the makeup remover and is used morning and evening on clean skin. The aim of this treatment is to eliminate any remaining impurities on the skin and to permeabilise the epidermis to promote the absorption of subsequent treatments. Apply the lotion using a cotton pad over your entire face. The lotion does not need to be rinsed off, so you can directly apply your usual treatments afterwards.
The lotion is not used on its own, it completes the makeup removal process and prepares the skin to receive the subsequent treatment. As such, a moisturising lotion cannot replace a moisturising cream. Lotions with soothing or brightening properties are used on an as-needed basis when the skin requires it.
