When should one apply their night cream?

The ideal window for applying a night cream falls between 11pm and 4am. During these few hours, cellular regeneration is accelerated, the skin will eliminate all the toxins accumulated during the day, and is in good condition to receive care. Thus, the active ingredients contained in the creams penetrate more easily into the epidermis.
However, for maintaining healthy skin, sufficient sleep is necessary. Consequently, it is recommended to adhere to sleep hours in conjunction with the application of a night cream. Ideally, it should be used a few minutes before going to bed.
