Special Conditions for Christmas Offers & Limited Editions - Return to Sender

  • In the case of a return to the sender due to a delivery issue (address error, absence), we will not be able to intervene during transit. You must wait until the package is processed as returned, then use our dedicated support platform here to request either a reshipment or a refund, depending on availability.
  • If your package’s tracking has not yet been updated on the carrier’s website, it is necessary to wait for its status to be updated.
  • Please note that the timeframes related to package returns depend solely on the carrier, and we cannot provide approximate times in advance.
  • No reshipment or refund will be made outside the procedure on the Support page. If you wish to receive your product quickly, you may place a new order and then request a refund for the first package once it has been returned.

 

Christmas special offers, such as Advent Calendars and gift sets, are available in very limited quantities. If the carrier confirms the delivery of your package to your address, no replacement order can be made.
