Special Conditions for Christmas Offers & Limited Editions - Returns

Christmas offers and limited edition products cannot be exchanged.

You can return a product from a Christmas offer or a limited edition (Advent Calendar, gift sets), provided that it meets the usual return policy.

Advent Calendars are delivered in a sealed box. To be eligible for a refund, this box must remain unopened. If the calendar box is unsealed, the product will be considered opened, and a store credit will be offered instead of a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel the refund or issuance of the store credit if our return conditions are not met, particularly if the package has been opened or the products used.

To report an issue with any of your products, please contact customer service through the dedicated contact forms within 14 days of receiving the package. Any request made after this period will not be processed.

For special Christmas offers, such as Advent Calendars and gift sets, if the courier confirms delivery of your package to your address, no replacement order can be made.
