The standard claim periods apply during the Christmas season (return requests, product issues, or any other type of request).

Please check the contents of your package upon receipt to report any problems.

In the case of products received as a gift, our standard return policy apply.

Christmas special offers, such as Advent Calendars and gift sets, are available in very limited quantities. If the courier confirms delivery of your package to your address, no replacement order can be made.
