Should we wash our hair before our body?

Washing one's hair during a shower is a deeply ingrained habit for some people. However, there are rules to follow to protect the skin. Here's why you should start with the hair.

Avoid washing your hair and body at the same time.

For practical reasons and to save time, it is common to wash one's hair and body simultaneously. However, this habit is not without risk to the skin. Indeed, certain shampoos and conditioners contain active ingredients that can impact the epidermis if they are not rinsed off properly.
