Tinted Serum Sample

With light coverage, each tinted serum can match a wide spectrum of different skin tones. The six shades of our serums were developed according to the Fitzpatrick phototype scale according to factors like skin tone and reactions to sun exposure.

TYPE 1: fair- cool undertone For fair skin with freckles that doesn’t tan and gets red in the sun.

TYPE 2: Light- For light skin with pink or yellow undertones that tans gradually and is prone to sunburns.

TYPE 3: Medium- For medium-toned skin with warm or olive undertones, which tans easily but sometimes burns.

TYPE 4: Tan- For dark skin with predominantly bronze undertones that occasionally sunburns.

TYPE 5: Medium dark- For light brown skin that rarely gets sunburned and easily tans in the sun.

TYPE 6: Dark- For dark brown skin with naturally cold undertones that rarely sunburns.

Be sure to wait for the tinted serum to dry so you can ensure that the shade matches your skin tone. A serum may appear too light or too dark immediately upon application.

The specification of the skin undertones is offered for reference. As the serum offers light coverage, each shade can correspond to several undertones.

Vitamin C:

Present in its natural state in many plants, vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, known to illuminate the complexion, reduce pigmentation spots, and slow down the photoaging of the skin. Extracted from corn, our natural Vitamin C optimizes its efficiency/effectiveness: it is stable to light and heat, and is specially developed to penetrate the skin. This molecule helps to keep skin luminous by trapping free radicals generated by sun exposure, pollution, smoking... the skin is better protected from these external aggressions. By preventing the synthesis of melanin, Vitamin C also limits the formation of brown spots, for a unifying action.

Squalane:

Derived from the olive, squalane has a structure very close to sebum. It therefore has an excellent affinity with the skin. Non-greasy, it quickly penetrates the epidermis and softens its touch. This contribution of lipids helps to repair the hydrolipidic film of the skin which can thus play its main role: preventing the water present in the body from evaporating. The skin remains hydrated and comfortable for longer.

Aloe vera: Rich in minerals, vitamins, and amino acids, the fresh pulp extracted from the leaves of the aloe vera plant is known for its hydrating and soothing properties. Its high water retention capacity helps fight dehydration while softening the touch of your skin.
