Heat Rash

Heat rashes appear as small red or pink bumps, sometimes accompanied by blisters and itching, often occurring in areas where sweat is trapped.

Although more common in summer, heat rashes can occur in winter if the skin is exposed to warm and humid environments, such as overheated rooms.

A heat rash usually disappears spontaneously. The application of moisturising and soothing creams can speed up this process.

Even though they may be uncomfortable, heat spots are harmless.
