The steps for applying facial serum.
Typically, serums are presented in small-sized containers, such as vials equipped with a dosing pipette to accurately extract the required quantity for each use. Indeed, a minimal dose is more than sufficient as it is a product brimming with potent active ingredients and is quickly absorbed through the various layers of the skin:
Before each use, it is important to completely remove the pipette from the bottle in order to expel the air by pressing on the bulb.
Reinsert the pipette into the bottle while maintaining this pressure on the bulb, then release it once submerged in the serum. The product will then be correctly drawn up into the pipette.
Due to its texture that penetrates the epidermis very easily and immediately, the facial serum should be applied by hand and not with a cotton pad, which would be too absorbent. Therefore, empty the contents of the pipette into the palm of your hand, where a few drops are more than enough for your entire face.
Gently warm the product by rubbing the palms of your hands together and distribute the product evenly across your face, moving from the bottom of your face upwards and from your lips towards your temples. The treatment should be applied without pressing hard and without wrinkling the skin. In case of blemishes, focus and emphasise on the areas to be treated. In case of wrinkles and fine lines, gently massage the product into these specific areas of your face to allow it to penetrate.
Please wait a few minutes before applying your face cream chosen according to your skin type. The serum needs time to properly penetrate the epidermis and thus deeply nourish it.
