Commonly known as:   Rosa Alba Leaf Cell Extract (I.N.C.I.), White Rose Leaf Extract.

Botanical name:   Rosa alba.

Extraction process:   In vitro cultivation of leaves in a nutrient medium, followed by stimulation with UV and visible light to produce metabolites (active molecules), rinsing, cell filtration, sonication and dispersion of the extract in sunflower oil.

Family:   Rosacea.

Extracted part of the plant:   Leaves.

Cultivation area, origin:   Europe, Minor Asia.

Blooming:   July - August.

Origin, provenance:   France.

Phytochemical composition:   Essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Sensory properties:   Appearance: Liquid; Colour: Light yellow to yellow; Odour: Mild.

Physical properties:   Density = 0.9 - 1.1 g/cm3; Soluble in any oily liquid.

Concerns:   Brightening, illuminating, regenerating, oxygenating, detoxifying, antioxidant, anti-pollution.

Effect:   Suitable for all skin types, particularly recommended for dull and tired skin.

Method of Preservation

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not exceed 40°C with a relative humidity of 65%.
