Preservative, hair conditioner.

Concentration allowed by European regulations :
Up to 0.5% in finished cosmetic products to rinse. Do not use if the theoretical maximum releasable concentration of formaldehyde from any source in the mixture as marketed is ≥ 0.1% w/w.
Where to find it / them? :
Creams, styling gels, toning lotions, fixing sprays, mascaras, deodorants.
