Polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid), monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid), saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid, stearic acid), flavonoids, sitosterols, beta-sitosterol, ferulic acid, polyphenols (procyanidins, vanillic acid, syringic acid).
Sensorial properties:
Appearance: Oily liquid; Colour: Green to yellow; Scent: Mild, distinctive, subtle, reminiscent of green olives; Feel: Dry.
Physical characteristics:
Density: 0.90 to 0.98; Comedogenicity Index = 1; Oxidative Potential: Stable; Saponification Index = 180 - 230 mgKOH/g.

Method of Preservation
A vegetable oil that is not highly susceptible to oxidation. It should be stored at room temperature, in its original packaging, sealed, and protected from air, light, and heat.
Contraindications, Usage Precautions
There are no contraindications to the cosmetic use of acai oil. It can be used by pregnant women and young children. Avoid contact with the eyes.
