Sensory properties: Appearance: Slightly cloudy liquid; Colour: Red to red-brown; Scent: Fruity, slightly acidic, characteristic.
Physical properties: Density: 1.182 - 1.228; Refractive Index: 1.425 - 1.461; Soluble in water and alcohol; Recommended incorporation rate in a cosmetic formula: 2 to 7%; pH: Acidic.
