Concentration allowed by European regulations : Up to 5% in products to be rinsed for the hair and the facial hair in ready-to-use preparations. Up to 3% in leave-in products for hair and facial hair in ready-to-use preparations. Up to 3% in leave-in products for the face in ready-to-use formulations. Up to 0.1% in finished cosmetic products as a preservative.
