What to do if your parcel is delivered to a post office or pickup point?

Once your parcel is handled by the, the delivery driver assesses the delivery conditions. If home delivery is deemed impossible (due to an inaccessible address or other issues), the parcel may be delivered to a pickup point, usually the nearest post office, instead of your address.

Collection or Return to Sender

  • If the pickup point is close to your location, you will need to collect your parcel directly.
  • If you do not collect the parcel, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, you can request a redelivery or a refund via the dedicated page here.

Option for a Second Delivery

If your parcel is delivered to a pickup point outside your area, and you are unable to collect it, a second delivery to your address may be considered*, subject to approval by our customer service team. Please ensure your address is accessible for the delivery driver before making this request.
