Find out more

Matcha green tea owes its colour and sweet, mild flavour to its cultivation method: the plantations are shaded for 4 weeks prior to harvest to stimulate an intense production of chlorophyll in the leaves. These leaves contain a family of polyphenols with multiple properties: the catechins. These molecules boost collagen production, making matcha tea an excellent plant-based active ingredient to combat the appearance of ageing signs.
