Exfoliating and Volumising Shampoo Duo

Exfoliation is recommended for all types of scalps.

In addition to removing dead cells, dandruff, pollutants, and hair product residues, the massage stimulates blood microcirculation and re-oxygenates the scalp for overall better hair health.

The scalp, like the skin, will accumulate dead cells and pollution particles on its surface, which will block hair follicles and impair the overall health of the scalp (flaking, itching, excess sebum) and hair (lack of volume, slowed growth).

PHA:
Poly Hydroxy Acid is a chemical exfoliant that is gentler than AHAs like glycolic acid. It dissolves dead skin cells while stimulating the natural hydration of the scalp.

Jojoba beads:
This spherical mechanical exfoliant removes dead cells and other substance residues from the scalp. Naturally derived, it is an ideal alternative to polyethylene beads that are harmful to the environment.

Silica powder:
100% natural mineral exfoliating particles that are smaller in size than jojoba beads, providing a gentle micro-exfoliation that respects the scalp.

Aloe vera:
The pulp of aloe vera contains a wide variety of active ingredients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids) that give it moisturizing and soothing properties for the scalp.

Peppermint essential oil:
Activates microcirculation in the scalp and strengthens hair follicles to stimulate hair growth.

Essential oil of eucalyptus globulus: Antiseptic and soothing, this essential oil calms scalp irritations and reduces the appearance of dandruff.

These two essential oils give the product a subtle fresh and aromatic scent.

A regular scalp massage, whether or not it is combined with a hair product, will be beneficial for the overall health of the hair.

Massage increases and stimulates blood flow to the scalp, and more specifically to the hair follicle.

This influx of blood is accompanied by a supply of oxygen and nutrients that will promote hair growth, but it will also enlarge the hair follicle so that it produces a thicker and more resilient hair fiber.

Finally, the massage will stimulate the activity of the sebaceous glands and rebalance the scalp. Hair growth is stimulated, and the hair becomes more resilient, flexible, and shiny.

The best way to massage the scalp is to use only your hands, making circular motions with your fingertips.
