R52 — Scalp Scrub
5% PHA + Jojoba Beads

Apply the exfoliating gel to a dry scalp. For proper application on the whole scalp you can section your hair and apply it directly to the scalp with its precision tip.

Massage the scalp to exfoliate, then leave the product on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse.  Wash your hair with your usual shampoo.

Use once or twice a week.

This scrub can also be used to exfoliate the skin under the beard and prevent ingrown hairs.

This exfoliating gel is suitable for all types of hair and skin and is also recommended for use on beards.

It is suitable for people suffering from dandruff or flaky scalp, as the exfoliation helps to remove dry and oily dandruff.

This product can be used by pregnant and nursing women, despite some essential oils included.

Regular scalp massage, whether or not combined with a hair product, will benefit the overall health of the hair.

Massage increases and stimulates blood flow to the scalp, particularly to the hair follicle. This blood flow is accompanied by increased levels of oxygen and nutrients that will promote hair growth, but also expand the hair follicle to produce a thicker and more resistant hair fibre. The massage will stimulate sebaceous gland activity and rebalance the scalp oil production. Hair growth is stimulated and the hair is more resistant, supple and shiny.

Use your hands and make circular movements with your fingertips for an easy and optimal scalp massage. 

PHA :

Poly Hydroxy Acid is a gentler chemical exfoliant than AHAs like glycolic acid. It dissolves dead skin cells while increasing the scalp's natural moisture.

Jojoba beads:

These gentle round exfoliators remove dead skin cells and other residues from the scalp. Naturally derived, it is an ideal alternative to environmentally harmful polyethylene beads.

Silica powder :

100% natural mineral exfoliating particles smaller in size than jojoba beads. This powder offers micro-exfoliation that isn’t too harsh for your scalp.

Aloe vera :

Aloe vera contains a wide variety of active ingredients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids) that have moisturizing and soothing properties beneficial for the scalp.

Peppermint essential oil:

Activates the microcirculation of the scalp and strengthens the hair follicles to stimulate hair growth.

Eucalyptus essential oil:

Antiseptic and soothing, this essential oil calms scalp irritations and reduces the appearance of dandruff.

These two essential oils give the product a subtle yet fresh aroma.
