Store credits can be used to place orders online, including shipping costs.
Each new credit allocation has its own expiration date. The first upcoming expiration date is displayed below your balance in your account.
Store credits can only be applied during checkout. A checkbox in the payment section allows you to apply them, and it will be selected by default.
Returns and Refunds for Orders Paid with Store Credits
Customers have 14 days from receiving an order to request a return.
If the store credits used for the order expire during this 14-day window, they will be reinstated upon refund and will have a new validity period of 14 days from the refund date.
Refunds for orders paid partially or fully with store credits will follow the payment method used:
Store credits will be refunded as store credits.
Any other payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) will be refunded to the original payment method.
Legal Notes
Store credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Store credits are linked to your Typology account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Typology reserves the right to modify or discontinue the store credit system at any time and for any reason.
