Can the refund method be changed after confirmation? (credit)

No, the refund method cannot be changed once the request has been confirmed.

As soon as your choice is validated, the refund process begins automatically and is locked in the system. It is therefore no longer possible to switch from a refund via bank card to store credit, or vice versa.

There are two scenarios:

  • When a choice is offered
    In some cases, such as a Non-Claim related return, you have the option to choose between a refund to your original payment method or in store credit. This choice is final once confirmed.
  • When the refund in store credit is applied automatically
    In specific cases, such as a return to sender or a goodwill gesture offered by our team (replacement order), the refund will be automatically issued in store credit, as stated in our general terms and conditions of sale.
    No alternative option is available. This information is clearly shown during the return process.

Depending on the type of return, the applicable refund conditions will be communicated to you as soon as your request is being handled.

If a choice is available, please check it carefully before submitting your return request, as it cannot be modified afterward.
