What is the difference between plant oils and essential oils?
Plant oils are extracted by cold or hot pressing of seeds or oleaginous fruits. Essential oils are aromatic and volatile essences obtained from different parts of an aromatic plant (flowers, leaves, bark, etc.), usually by steam distillation.
