Cornflower hydrolate activates the micro-circulation of the blood, it stimulates the liquid accumulated under eyes and helps decongest the area.

Cornflower hydrolate is anti-inflammatory and helps soothe the delicate skin around the eyes, and the rest of the face.

Eye area: Each morning when you wake up, place a cotton ball soaked in cornflower hydrolate over each eye for two to three minutes.
